Kanigaran – Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Dispopar) Kota Probolinggo terus melakukan pengawasan terhadap Usaha Jasa Pariwisata (UJP) dan Daya Tarik Wisata (DTW). Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu tugas dari Dispopar selaku dinas yang menaungi sektor pariwisata. Untuk itu, Dispopar melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi (monev) terhadap UJP dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan (5M), Kamis (20/05).
Terbagi dalam dua tim, yang terdiri dari Dispopar, Dinas Kesehatan, Polres, Kodim 0820, dan Satpol PP. Masing-masing tim akan melakukan evaluasi terhadap enam UJP maupun DTW yang telah ditentukan. Tim pertama akan melakukan evaluasi terhadap Hotel Bromo View, Homestay Clover, Homestay Darmo, CGV, kafe Je’bing, dan Mie Gacoan. Sedangkan tim kedua bergerak ke TWSL, BJBR, Museum Probolinggo, Museum dr. Saleh, Pantai Permata Pilang dan Kolam Renang Olympic.
Kecuali CGV, semua tempat tersebut sudah dibuka mulai akhir tahun kemarin dan telah menerima pengunjung seperti biasa tetapi dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Maka, monev kali ini bertujuan untuk memantau kembali agar pengelola DTW dan pemilik UJP tidak mengendurkan penerapan protokol kesehatan. “Kami akan selalu memantau bila ada pengelola DTW yang abai dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan, tentunya akan mendapatkan sanksi,” kata Plt. Kepala Bidang Destinasi Pariwisata, Risqi Fadillah.
Dalam monev kali ini, Risqi juga mengatakan bahwa seluruh tempat yang dituju sudah memenuhi protokol kesehatan. “Hanya ada sedikit pembenahan-pembenahan kecil, seperti pengelola kurang memperhatikan jumlah pengunjung dan physical distancing,” katanya. Untuk penerapan protokol kesehatan, suatu tempat harus mengurangi kapasitas pengunjung sehingga hanya bisa menampung 50 persen saja. “Hal tersebut untuk bisa menerapan jaga jarak dari pengunjung satu dan lainnya,” tambah Risqi.
Dia juga menambahkan bahwa masyarakat harus selalu dibiasakan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan dimana saja. “Karena pandemi belum berakhir dan kita harus berdampingan dengan hal tersebut, maka kita harus selalu menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19,” tutupnya. Dispopar Hold Monev for UJP
Kanigaran – Youth, Sports and Tourism Agency (Dispopar) of Probolinggo City continues to supervise the Tourism Business (UJP) and Tourist Attractions (DTW). This is one of the tasks of Dispopar as the agency that oversees the tourism sector. So, Dispopar held monitoring and evaluation (monev) of UJP in applying of health protocol (5M), on Thursday (20/05).
Divided into two teams, each team consisted of Dispopar, Health Agency, Regional city police, Military District Command 0820, and governmental police (Satpol PP). Each team will evaluate the six UJP and DTW that have been determined. The first team will evaluate Bromo View Hotel, Clover Homestay, Darmo Homestay, CGV, Je’bing cafe, and Mie Gacoan restaurant. While the second team will go to Taman Wisata Studi Lingkar (TWSL), BJBR, Probolinggo Museum, dr. Saleh museum, Permata Beach and Olympic Swimming Pool.
Except for CGV, all of these places have been opened since the end of last year as usual but with the implementation of strict health protocols. So, this time monev aims to monitor DTW managers and UJP owners to not loosen up the implementation of health protocols. “We will always monitor if there are DTW managers who neglect to implement health protocols, of course they will get sanctions for that,” said acting Head of Tourism Destinations department of Dispopar, Risqi Fadillah.
In this monev, Risqi also said that all destinations had applied the health protocol. “There only need a few improvements, such as the lack of attention of manager to the number of visitors and physical distancing issue,” she said. For the implementation of the health protocol, a place must only accommodate 50 percent of capacity. “This is to be able to apply social distancing from one visitor to another,” added Risqi.
