Mayangan – Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Dispopar) Kota Probolinggo kembali melaksanakan seleksi pemilihan Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka (Paskibraka) tahun 2021. Bedanya, kali ini Dispopar menyeleksi anggota Paskibraka untuk dikirim kepada panitia penyeleksi Paskibraka tingkat Provinsi Jawa Timur. Untuk Paskibraka tingkat Kota, akan dilakukan setelah seleksi tingkat provinsi selesai.
Berhubung masih pandemik, Dispopar tidak melakukan seleksi secara terbuka. Tim Dispopar melakukan visitasi secara langsung ke 10 sekolah menengah atas negeri yang ada di Kota Probolinggo, yakni SMA 1, SMA 2, SMA 3, SMA 4, SMK 1, SMK 2, SMK 3, SMK 4, MAN 1, dan MAN 2. Visitasi berlangsung selama empat hari, mulai tanggal 19-22 April. Dalam visitasi tersebut, para anak didik dipilih dari tinggi badan dan postur tubuh.
Setelah visitasi tersebut, para peserta seleksi yang lulus dikumpulkan di GOR A. Yani dan diberi pembekalan awal, Minggu (25/04) dengan 250 peserta. Dalam tahap ini, terpilih sepuluh peserta yang nantinya akan diberi pelatihan awal dan diseleksi sampai hanya enam besar. “Yang dikirim ke provinsi hanya enam orang, tiga putra dan tiga putri,” kata kepala Seksi Pemuda pada bidang pemuda dan Olahraga Dispopar, Samsul Arif.
Hari ini, Rabu (28/04), kesepuluh peserta dikumpulkan di aula pertemuan Dispopar untuk diberi pengarahan dan melengkapi berkas persyaratan. “Nantinya, kesepuluh peserta ini akan dilatih sebanyak sepuluh kali dan dipilih menjadi enam besar,” tambah Samsul. Latihan akan dilaksanakan dalam rentang waktu dua minggu, mulai tanggal 4-16 Mei. “Tanggal 17 sudah dikirim ke provinsi, dan nanti diprovinsi hanya akan diambil empat, dua akan masuk pasukan inti, dan dua lagi cadangan,” tutupnya. Dispopar Selects Paskibraka Team
Mayangan –Youth, Sports and Tourism Agency (Dispopar) of Probolinggo City has carried out the selection of the National flag-hoisting team (Paskibraka) in 2021. But, this time Dispopar has selected Paskibraka members for provincial team selection. For Paskibraka at the City level, it will be carried out after the provincial level selection.
Since it is still a pandemic, Dispopar did not conduct an open selection. The Dispopar team visited 10 public high schools in Probolinggo City, namely SMA 1, SMA 2, SMA 3, SMA 4, SMK 1, SMK 2, SMK 3, SMK 4, MAN 1, and MAN 2. The visitation lasted for four days, from April 19-22. During the visitation, the students were selected based on their height and posture.
After the visitation, 250 selected participants were gathered at GOR A. Yani and given an initial briefing, on Sunday (25/04). In this stage, ten participants were selected who would later be given initial training and will be selected for the top six. “Only six people were sent to the provincial level, three boys and three girls,” said the head of the Youth Section for Youth and Sports Dispopar, Samsul Arif.
Today, Wednesday (28/04), the ten participants were gathered in the Dispopar meeting hall to be briefed and to complete the required documents. “Later on, these ten participants will be trained ten times and selected to be the top six,” added Samsul. The training will be held for two weeks, from May 4-16. “On the 17th, they have been sent to the provincial selection, and there, it will only take four participants, these two will take part to the main troops, and another two as the substitute,” he concluded.
