Kanigaran – Libur hari raya Idul Fitri akan segera tiba. Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dalam hal ini Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Dispopar) Kota Probolinggo tetap mengizinkan seluruh Daya Tarik Wisata (DTW) dan hotel untuk buka seperti biasa. Tetapi, untuk menghadapi berbagai kemungkinan permasalahan yang muncul, maka Dispopar mengadakan rapat koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti, anggota Satgas Covid, pengelola DTW dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Kota Probolinggo, Jum’at (07/05) di aula pertemuan Dispopar.
Dalam rakor tersebut dijelaskan beberapa hal yang perlu diantisipasi dalam mewaspadai penyebaran Covid-19 pada tempat wisata selama liburan diantaranya, para pengunjung dan pengelola wajib melaksanakan protokol kesehatan 5M (Menjaga jarak, Menggunakan masker, Menghindari Kerumunan, Mencuci Tangan, dan Mengurangi Mobilitas), pengunjung dibatasi 50 persen dari kapasitas, dan Dispopar akan melakukan pengawasan terhadap tempat usaha pariwisata (Hotel, restoran, DTW, dan angkutan wisata). Dan masing-masing DTW wajib melaporkan jumlah pengunjung pada masa pra liburan (tanggal 9 s.d 11 Mei 2021), pada masa liburan Idul Fitri (tanggal 12 s.d 16 Mei 2021) dan Pasca liburan tanggal 17 s.d 23 Mei 2021.
Polresta Probolinggo selaku anggota Satgas Covid-19 mengingatkan bahwa pandemik Covid-19 yang belum berakhir maka diharapkan seluruh pelaku wisata tetap berhati-hati dan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Hal serupa juga diamini oleh perwakilan Kodim 0820 Probolinggo. “Kita harus berdampingan secara damai dengan Covid-19 dengan cara menerapkan protokol kesehatan (5M) secara ketat, sehingga diharapkan tidak terjadi klaster baru dari sektor pariwisata,” katanya.
Dinas Kesehatan juga mengingatkan bahwa harus ada tim yang memantau dan mengingatkan pengunjung dan pengelola tentang protokol kesehatan. “Dan adanya pembatasan kapasitas pengunjung dan jam pengaturan di Destinasi Wisata,” kata perwakilan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Probolinggo.
Kepala Dispopar Budi Krisyanto mengatakan rapat kali ini memang bertujuan untuk menciptakan koordinasi yang baik antar Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) terkait, bersama dengan stakeholder yakni pengelola DTW dan Pokdarwis. “Sehingga tercipta sinergitas yang solid menjalankan perannya dalam menghadapi masa liburan lebaran 2021 sekaligus mencegah terjadinya penyebaran Covid-19 di masa liburan khususnya di destinasi wisata Kota Probolinggo,” katanya. Kanigaran – Idul Fitri holiday is coming soon. Probolinggo City Government, through Youth, Sports and Tourism Agency (Dispopar) of Probolinggo City allows all Tourist Attractions (DTW) and hotels to open as usual. However, to prevent possible problems coming up, Dispopar holds a coordination meeting with related parties such as members of the Covid Task Force, DTW managers and the Probolinggo City Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), Friday (07/05) in the Dispopar meeting hall.
The coordination meeting explained several things that need to be anticipated in being aware of the spread of Covid-19 at tourist attractions during the holidays, such as visitors and managers are required to implement the 5M health protocol (keeping distance, using masks, avoiding crowds, washing hands, and reducing mobility), visitors of tourist destintion was limited to 50 percent of capacity, and Dispopar will supervise tourism business (hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and tourist transportation). Each DTW must report the number of visitors during the pre-holiday period (9 to 11 May 2021), during the Idul Fitri holiday (12 to 16 May 2021) and post-holiday (17 to 23 May 2021).
The Probolinggo City Police, as a member of the Covid-19 Task Force, reminded that the Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet, so all tourism actors are expected to remain careful and committed to implement health protocols. The representatives of the 0820 Probolinggo Kodim also agreed. “We must live with Covid-19 peacefully by implementing health protocol strictly, so that there will be no new clusters from the tourism sector,” he said.
The Health Agency also reminded that there must be a team to monitor and to remind the visitors and the managers of tourist destination about health protocols. “And there are restrictions on visitor capacity and limited times at tourist destinations,” said a representative of Probolinggo City Health agency.
Head of Dispopar Budi Krisyanto said the meeting was aimed to create a good coordination between related Regional Working Units (OPD), along together with stakeholders, namely the DTW manager and Pokdarwis. “So that a solid synergy is created in carrying out in facing the 2021 Idul Fitri holiday and also preventing the spread of Covid-19 during the holiday period, especially in the tourist destination of Probolinggo City,” he said.(unofficial translation)
