Kanigaran – Memperingati Hari Sumpah Pemuda yang jatuh pada tanggal 28 Oktober, Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Dispopar) Kota Probolinggo berencana untuk mengadakan liga pelajar. Maka, Dispopar mengadakan rapat koordinasi untuk membahas hal tersebut pada Jum’at (01/10) di Aula Dispopar. Rapat koordinasi ini diikuti oleh pihak-pihak yang dilibatkan dalam liga pelajar kali ini, diantaranya Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pendidikan, Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) Kota Probolinggo, Asosiasi Wasit Kota Probolinggo, dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP).
Dalam rakor tersebut mendiskusikan beberapa hal seperti jumlah peserta, penggunaan lapangan, jumlah panitia yang terlibat dan mekanisme pertandingan. Kepala Seksi Olahraga pada Dispopar, Ananto menjelaskan bahwa Liga Pelajar ini direncanakan pada tanggal 28 Oktober dan berlangsung selama tujuh hari. “Sedangkan peserta akan dari siswa SMP se-Kota Probolinggo, maka diperkirakan tiga puluh sekolah akan ikut kegiatan ini,” katanya. Awalnya, dengan estimasi banyaknya peserta maka direncanakan menggunakan tiga lapangan, yakni Stadion Bayuangga, lapangan Angguran dan lapangan Scorpion di Sukoharjo. Tetapi, akhirnya ditetapkan hanya menggunakan menggunakan dua lapangan, yakni Stadion Bayuangga dan lapangan SMAN 4 yang lebih tertutup, dengan pertimbangan jumlah wasit dan jumlah panitia yang terbatas.
Dalam rakor juga dipastikan bahwa pertandingan akan berlangsung tanpa penonton dan akan menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara ketat. “Setiap event yang akan menarik kerumunan, harus ada ijin dari Satgas Covid, bila pun dilaksanakan, harus dipastikan bahwa event tersebut tidak ada penonton,” kata Eko Candra, perwakilan Satpol PP.
Kepala Dispopar, Budi Krisyanto pun menyarankan agar kegiatan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan panitia. “Saran dari wali kota, kegiatan ini bisa dilakukan dengan protocol kesehatan yang ketat, bila hanya mampu dua puluh peserta, maka dibatasi dua puluh saja. Bila keadaan normal, boleh berapa saja, tapi berhubung pandemi dan persiapan terbatas, maka semua harus jadi pertimbangan seperti lapangan dan jumlah wasit,” katanya.(antz/dispopar)
Planning Student Football League, Dispopar Holds Coordination Meeting
Kanigaran – To commemorate Youth Pledge Day which is held on October 28th, Youth, Sports and Tourism Agency (Dispopar) of Probolinggo City will hold a student football league. So, Dispopar held a coordination meeting to discuss this matter on Friday (01/10) in the Dispopar Hall. This coordination meeting was attended by parties involved in the student football league, such as Culture and Education agency, Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) of Probolinggo City, the Probolinggo City Referee Association, and the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP).
The coordination meeting discussed several things such as the number of participants, the field, the committees and the competition mechanism. The Head of the Sports Section at Dispopar, Ananto explained that this Student Football League will be started at October 28th and will last for seven days. “While the participants are students of junior high school throughout Probolinggo City, it is estimated that thirty schools will participate in this activity,” he said. Initially, with the estimation of the number of participants, it was planned to have three fields for the league, namely Bayuangga Stadium, Angguran field and the Scorpion field in Sukoharjo. However, in the end, it was decided to have only two fields, namely the Bayuangga Stadium and SMAN 4 field, taking into account the limited number of referees and committee members.
The coordination meeting also confirmed that the match would take place without spectators and would apply strict health protocols. “Every event that will attract crowded people, it must have permission from the Covid Task Force, if it is held, it must be ensured that the event has no spectators,” said Eko Candra, a representative of Satpol PP.
The Head of Dispopar, Budi Krisyanto also suggested that the activities be adjusted to the ability of the committee. “The mayor’s suggestion is that this activity can be carried out with strict health protocols, if we are able for twenty participants, so it will be only for twenty. If it is a normal situation, it can be anything, but due to the pandemic and limited preparations, everything must be adjusted, such as the field and the number of referees,” he said.
